XG means application under completion check and G means application complete. That what I was being told by IRCc
I am December 2019. Nothing yet. They saying they are checking application from October 2019 now.
Hi @luckyrefugee, how did you get that information. Did you call them directly? I've always used the web form and the answers they gave me were basic template answers.
so the hearing court was on jun2019 and I sent the document a month after that somewhere between jul or aug. but Im still looking for my answer if somebody helps me. there is no update in my account since i took the biometrics about 40days ago,

It starts from de time they open the application. If you get AOR it doesn't mean they start it
they have been on october 2019 applications for 6 months now, i was told the same in april 2020 when i called.

"A processing time starts the day we receive a complete application and ends when we make a decision." That means if you get an AOR they have received it. Processing time starts when they receive it not when they start processing it according to my knowledge. Please correct me if I'm wrong
Yes you are correct Check your ecas it says the date they receive your application and afterwards they send a date where they sent you AOR so it could be months apart
