Can someone please answer a few question I have regarding PR application?

Do I need to provide a certified copy of my marriage license as well along with the application? My wife and I only have an English translation of it but we do not have access to the original Marriage License to have a copy of it certified in Canada.

Second question: in the application guide it reads: The main applicant must mention all family members' files/application along with the main application. My daughter was born in Canada so she is a Canadian citizen. Do I have to include her in the application as well?

Thanks

Please advise.
