PR application deadline extension

Hello,

I got the ITA in July, then I applied for a security clearance at the embassy of Qatar. I have not received it yet. However, I got a proof of submission from the embassy. Is it possible to ask for deadline extension, and how can I do that?

Submit with the proof of submission. And mention in LOE about it.
Or you can decline this ITA if your CRS is good, wait for the PCC and then file for PR again.
