I would just like to confirm few things regarding the PR application:
1. Job title, duties and NOC
- My job title is Accounting Assistant (NOC 1431) which skill level C. However, upon checking my actual duties, most of them would fall under a Bookkeeper (NOC 1311) which is skill level B. My employer is willing to provide a comprehensive list of duties that would show that my responsibilities fall under a Bookkeeper. Would my job title be an issue or would cause a delay?
2. Creating a profile
- My official 1 year at work would be on February 19, 2020. Based on my projection of PR CRS draw, the actual draw would be on February 19th. Can I create a profile before February 19th so I can be included on the draw, or the profile should be created on (or after) my 1 year at work?
