Hi, everyone who has the same problem, while filling out PR application:
Error Description: Country Code: Must be a maximum of 2 or 3 digits for International phone numbers or 4 digits if the country code starts with '1'.

My country code consists only of one digit "7", and I can't save my phone number, because it says that country code must be 2 or 3 numbers.
I tried "7", "07", "007", "+7" ... same problem, nothing changed. :(
Even different browsers(IE,Opera,Mozilla etc) don't help.

Who has had the same problem, how did you solve it? ???

I had the same problem and saved as 79 (including first digit of cellular code).
Same thing. I did almost everything .. to solve this problem, but no result.
I believe it is a system bug and we can just do as you said - add first digit of cellular phone.

I did the same, entered 79 as the country code and the other two digits of the operator's code and my personal number (9 digits total) as the phone number. I've read about people doing that when they had the same problem. I've also read that it's more or less common practice and that if you google "79" as a country code it says it's the Russian cellular phone numbers, so I guess it should be ok. I'm still planning to cover it in my LoE though.
