PR application and medical exam.

I applied for PR under CEC in june 2019. And ircc website shows that the processing time is 6 months and i will have the decision by dec 2019. Its been 4 months since I applied and my medical exam results haven't been updated. It still says its being reviewed. Is this normal? If there was any issue with my application wouldn’t IRCC reach out?
