So heres a plan regrading getting PR in Canada.
My gf is a canadian citzen she is moving back in two weeks and i want to join them. We cant do common in law sponsor as we have been apart for six months but are now back together.
Was thinking of going over for six months thing get married and then apply for PR. My concerns are they might see it that we have done this for other reasons which isn't the case we love each other and are currently engaged just haven't tied the knot yet.
I would do my side of the application in the UK get medical. police record. We have some evidence like the letters to her house as I did live with her for year before we had a break with my name also we have pictures together.
When we get married and we have the certificate then my gf can do her part of the application. I cant work in these six months I know that but my gf would get a job and earn the money for us while im a house husband as she does have a child from a previous relationship and we have built over time a strong bond. My concern is they may think she isn't earning enough etc.
After six months I come back to UK for a few weeks then come over again for another six months while application is still in process.
Problem is they might get funny as I have no job to come back to or a house of mine and they might get funny as to why im coming over again for such a long time.
Would love to hear some thoughts?
