PR application already submitted and the restaurant got closed

Hello,

I hope there is someone who can answer my questions here

I am currently employed in a Restaurant with a position of FOod service supervisor. I got a job offer, got job approval, got nominated and submitted my PR application to CIC and waiting for file number. My restaurant just nly have 2 cooks, my employer and the other cook is both old. and lately my employer were kinda go some test with the doctor since he is really old.

I'm kinda worried like what if (hope not) something happaned to him and decided to close the restaraunt. what might will happen to my PR application if ever I got lay off because the restaurant that I am working got closed?

it depends case to case

I have seen so many people leave their job as soon as they got PNP nomination and still they get their PR

But

One of my friend have the same situation but SINP office give him some time to just find same kind of job and submit job offer letter.

I suggest to go and talk to your PNP program office, they will give you a better idea.

This job offer letter does it have to be approved job offer by SINP or can be a formal one ? If you can conform with your friend ,that will be good...
