Hi, i have one question. I got pnp nomination from SK and now arranging documents for PR application. My question is that , can i use same employment documents which are submitted in PNP application or should i ask my employer to provide me latest with current date? I have all documents dated in August 2022.

Review your PNP checklist carefully. You don't need to include an employment letter - the SINP Nomination Certificate from is verification of your recent employment. Don't include anything that you are not asked for upfront (unless it's medical/PCC). If IRCC has doubts that you have maintained your employment, they will ask you for an updated letter.
Thanks for your reply. In my PR application, tabs appeared with title Employment records and in help section, they have asked for reference letter and pay stubs. So i should go for ref letters/pay stubs i got from my Employer in August 2022. Right?
yes, you need to upload the ref letter. I am in the same boat.

I have claimed 3 positions in a single company and will upload the same reference letter in all 3 tabs.
Furthermore, under 6 months issued docs can be uploaded, over 6 months need to be issued with revised date.
Sorry if it's for EE PNP you definitely need a new letter and pay stubs - I would say August is too old.
