PR Application - Address Change

I live in Toronto and work full time. I am applying for my PR but I have a query regarding my present circumstances :-

I moved to Brampton 6 months ago (I was previously living in Scarborough) but I haven't updated my address to the current one because I am considering to move from my current place as well.

All the authorities - such as license, my employer, my banks etc except CRA have my old address information (Scarborough). So, for submitting my PR application - my papers will show address of Scarborough. Will that be a problem ?

Does our address get verified ? Should I update my address to the current one and then obtain all the documents?

It doesn't matter. It is nice to have same address but I don't think it is end of the world if it isn't.
