PR applicants from Iran

That's exactly what happened to me!
Write a good letter explaining every detail of your job. Also ask the HR of your company to provide as much information as possible with a new LEO. I also sent them my initial job offer with the title (my job title was changed after a year).
I raised the CSE and within a month my eligibility got passed and security got started...
PLEASE DO IT RIGHT NOW!!!
It takes about a week for them to recieve your CSE. Also, call CIC and follow up with the CSE you raised and make sure it gets to your file.
Sorry making you a bit stressed but it is a very very very frustrating and unfortunate truth! also get ready for a delay in the processing of your application! Unfortunately any review required in GMCS notes means your application is processed outside the big 80% of applications in IRCC. IRCC is only comitted to process 80% of applicants in 6 months and they have a pipeline policy to pass the complete applications as fast as possible to meet this criteria which comes to the cost of putting aside all the other incomplete (REVIEW REQUIRED) applicants to process whenever the 80% applicants processing is feasible each year.
So just be ready for a longgggg wait. Again sorry for saying these but we're on the same boat.

Did you include the main duties in the letter or not? If you included, there might be the case that they couldn't check if it matches the NOC or not.
I think @aasaf and @rajahoomi gave you the complete answer. I just want to add some minor points:
  • Raise a CSE and send a new LOE letter.
  • Don't forget to have a LOE that is consistent with previous one (title, salary, etc.) and also matches the NOC (duties).
  • Check all the GCMS. You can get more information on criminality and security, etc.
  • Is there any due date on the first couple of pages of your GCMS?
Lastly, put all your timeline in your signature, it is easier to answer you. Also, it can be helpful for others.

My criminality is passed and I couldn't find any due date, thanks for your reply.
