I don't think so. Even if it changes, it takes quite a while till they chose the next person, he comes to the office, and decides to change the program. (This takes a couple of years, and by then, we all receive our PPR!)
Plus, this express entry system was introduced by previous right winger govt. So, it seems that all parties agree with the whole system. Although, there might be some minor adjustments, there won't be a big change in the whole system.
I meant the attitude of the probable new prime minister towards Iranians and not change in the system. The current government intended to make the relations with the Iran's Government better although I don't think they have had a tangible achievement so far in this regard. All in all, I hope that all of us receive their golden mail by that time.

Well for Iranian, I am a little worried. It seems it's always getting worse, not better :(

I also applied for CBSA notes on Feb. 5th. I haven't received the notes yet. They say that the notes are in CD, so the mailing might take some days. Anyways, if I received the notes, I will share it here
What that means ?That means although you requested for application notes , your application has not been held by officers until note get released. so this could be a good reference to support the idea that ordering GCMS notes may not result in delaying application nor hold the application blah blah blah ;)

khodemon o oskol kardam ba in cic. dirouz agent zahmat keshid cse ro javab dad ke :

We verified the information provided and can confirm that your application is still in process.

While the processing times may vary with each case, we will make all the necessary efforts to finalize your application as soon as possible.

I really don't know. I still can discuss on that topic. For instance, I ordered CBSA notes that has nothing to do with CIC. They might have sent the results of their work way sooner than that to CIC, but the officer didn't finalize it.!
Anyways, I don't know if it has any effect or not, but personally I would rather know what is going on with my application, and so I ordered notes multiple times myself!!!
It's like blue pill or red pill, and person has to decide which one they want!

About CSE, it is generic response as usual. It seems a lot of Persian cases moved recently. Hope you hear something new soon. By the way, when is due date on your past GCMS?

March 1st

I ordered CBSA notes using ATIP portal however a CBSA analyzer sent me an email we can not proceed your request because :

We require more information on the type of CBSA records you are requesting, such as, application records? Please be specific.
So , he/she included these keywords " Such as application Records " and in response I just used this to specify the record I asked for. Is this the correct one or any other kind of record we should ask them for ?

I just wrote a one sentence that I request for a the details of my application for PR that was done by CBSA
The person then emailed me again and asked my permission to change the ATI request on my behalf to include this sentence.
However, I haven't received it yet. I am still waiting.

Well it is pretty common that inland applicants ask their local MP to inquire about their status from cic, but it does not help with the application. The MP just asks CIC about your application and sends you an email with the detail of your application like eligibility, criminality and security. However, it is not as detailed as GCMS notes, but it is precise and it can tell if you are under SS or not.

Given that you recently applied for GCMS and CBSA notes, I would say wait for the notes for now. Keep this option for the next time that you want to know what is going on with you application.

Lastly, ordering notes and contacting MP does get recorded in your file, and you can see them in your future GCMS, but phone calls to CIC does not get recorded. However, I am not sure if these having negative effect either.

Guys, after more than 9 months, my representative has just called me some hours ago and told me that I have received the PPR. They have not forwarded me the email yet and I still don't know on which exact day of the previous week I have received the PPR email.
I want to thank all of the wonderful members of this topic and I want to give my special thanks to @Mr_nobody. I hope all of you receive the golden mail as soon as possible.

Phone calls to CIC will be recorded on our file 100%. I saw mine and it also include the call center location the call has been forwarded to and also more details .
