Not really. I think what you did is good enough. Don't worry yourself about it. They just want to check where have you been. Again, since it was your country of residence, you don't have to worry. People move a lot and it is something expected. They are more interested to see if you travel to other countries. Also, the cover letter that I said was just for "mohkam kari". But it is not mandatory or required.
Anyways, you can always raise a CSE and send any new document that you think might be helpful for the application, but for this case. I don't think it is necessary.
Thanks so much, :) I will try to take a chill pill and relax.

Hi Ken, I received landing interview on June 18 and PPR for dependents right after my landing interview. It took them 6 weeks to open file and finalize it since remed pass. Even after remed request, call agents said SS still in process.
Any progress with your application?

@earlybird2019 @Ken_89 Guys, If I am not mistaken you are applying from the US, right? I have a question. So, what happened to travel ban? I mean if a person travels to Iran, can they still travel back to the US. I have a non-Persian friend who is interested to visit Iran, but he is afraid of travel ban. He travels to the US very often and he does not want to ruin his chances. So, given all these, what do you guys recommend.

There is an option at Iran passport check for foreigners to opt not to have their passports stamped. So no show of any travel to Iran

I think he can get B1 visa that for most of the nationalities are usually valid for many years with multiple entries, but other than that he might not be able to use the visa waiver system.

Since you're saying he travels to the US a lot I'm assuming he's from one of those countries that can do that without a visa and as @earlybird2019 said, traveling to Iran will make him ineligible for visa waiver program. Of course Iran says they won't stamp his passport but I wouldn't do that if I were him because then that could be considered misrepresentation if they find out from other means that he's been to Iran. Better safe than sorry.

@Mr_nobody , wow page 100 and keep going up

Finally got my first GCMS note today, 156 pages and this add to overall confusion

I have few questions here, I do appreciate if you or anyone can shed some light here.

In the second page which is marked under “s.15.1” and under assessment section, it is mentioned, eligibility passed, criminality passed, medical passed and misrepresentation info sharing is complete, there is no date given on any of these activities and for security, HRV, org crime is still blank.

Application assigned to a code name and Due Date is: 2019/11/01 Which is worrying me, what is this mean. Should I interpret this as no one look to this till first of November 2019, this is worrying me as it will be 11 months passed by that time ?

I am also confused on Activity, there are a total of 87 activities, no date given and many are redacted under s.15(1).

Other Question is, are these activities giving in chronological order and provided in a descending order?

As an example it is mentioned in activity 8 , 11.2.EE MI is met, while on activity 15 saying Review Required which one I should consider the latest?

Admissibility:

There is a security 1, with my spouse details, security 2, no date or due date is given. and criminality passed.

Let me know what you think guys and if there is particular section I need to look further into.

Thx a lot.

Is it very hard to get this visa? Probably they have long security screening too. I think they are even worse than cic.

Thank you for the response.
Yes, he is European and he does not need visa.
I agree, it is very easy for them to check that. They just need to check the airline.

From your description, you are most probably under SS. The signs for SS are these:
1-redaction on second page for security while you passed others with s.15 on top of the page. (similar to your case)
2-4 or 5 activities in a row that are blank with s.15 on top of the page
3- redaction in admissibility section with s.15
4- redaction in one or two of the notes.

For the due date, don't worry yourself about it. It does not apply to you as already CIC has done his share of work for your case .Now, your file is with CBSA, ... for SS. We don't know how much they are going to take so the due date does not have that much meaning for you.

Yes, activities are in chronological order. So, new activities are going to show up first. For example, the first 4 or 5 activity should be related to your security which is the last task. Having said that, activity 8 is more up to date and you you met 11.2 EE MI. Also, the most important thing is the assessment section. your eligibility is passed so no need to worry. Just to make sure, go through the notes section and read the officers notes carefully. If you can't find any sign of review, then you are definitely fine.

Speaking of 11.2, read this one. It explains about it:
https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/I-2.5/section-11.2.html

Lastly about your security 1 and 2, I think your spouse was under regular security and she has passed it. But, you are under SS, hence the redaction.
