Hello there, so the location PS was a month ago when you ordered your notes. You will see a new location and due date when you order now. I order mine yesterday after I recieved the new set.

Hello all

Yesterday Sept 28 my background check changed to "in progress", and I received the update-email around 8am

by the way on my GCMS-notes the due date is 9 Nov 2016

August 20 AOR, June 1st MR received and done.

I'm nov 2015 applicant. I submitt my medical on sep13 and it chage to passed on sep16.
Now mycic status changed background check from "in process" to "not needed at this time" this morning. Does anybody have clue what that means?

That happened to me, too. I don't think it's anything bad. Mine changed back to "in process" last week so I think it's just something that happens.

That happened to me, too. I don't think it's anything bad. Mine changed back to "in process" last week so I think it's just something that happens.

It happened to me as well in middle of May. After a few months, I ordered GCMS and when I got it, I found they passed criminal check on that day.
Of course, not every update on MyCIC means 'progress' (We never know what exactly happen on our application unless we check GCMS every month :-/)
However, at least it means they open your file and do something, so absolutely better than nothing

Hello there, this happens quite a few times when they update the info on file or add new data to it like medical, eligibility, criminality etc.
