hi if someone can help me please .. I sent my application to cio but i think i forgot to write name in my native language ... Is there any problem with that ? Will they sent back my application package back to me? Please advise what to do now.

How do you guys check your application status, using your UCI or receipt number?

I think you'll have to wait for your EP AOR before you can check your application status and it usually takes around 8-10 weeks to receive it. Just check your email once in a while. are you an inland or outland applicant?

Application sent August 18 received at CIO August 20. Hoping to receive AOR the soonest.

Sent application on Aug 18, and CIC(Sydney, NS) received on Aug 20.

Sorry guy I am about to send my application but I need your guidance
I have got my AINP last week and now I am preparing my PR documents and I have realized that DOB on my passport and on other documents( 17th March 1987) is different from my Birth certificate(17th July 1987) one my friend went to the municipality office(Gujarat; India) with my passport copy and other id's but they rejected to make any changes and they told us that you can do this via lawyer but it will take 6 months but my AINP nomination is expiring on January 15th, 2016. I do not have that much time to wait. What should I do now?

I have following documents with my 17th March 1987-
1- secondary school marksheet (10th SSC) which shows my full name on it and DOB
2- School leaving certificate with DOB and my parent's full name
3- Affidavit( notarized- oath from my mother) which shows my DOB.

Please guide me.

What happened to your last application ?

I did not apply yet I just got my nomination AINP- I am gathering all the documents but now I am having issue with my birth certificate. I need solution before I apply.

What happened to your last application ?

It was returned to me due to payment declined. I didn't know that the credit limit on my cc was decreased by the company. I should've sent them a money draft instead of using the cc. lost so much time already. I hope this time it will be ok, used money order to be sure.
