Good day Sir/Madam
I have been nominated by one of the province and invited to apply for PR in Express Entry. Later, I received and to secure a job in a different province in my field of expertise. My question is, can I apply for both PR under provincial nominee and work permit due to the fact that both offers come from different provinces. Please what is your advice? Which one must prioritize? One side I do have guaranty of work on arrival and the other a probability of coming as a PR but without work.
Thank you in advance for your assistance

Kind Regards

There is no way to get both the ideal jobs and PR at the same time in your situation. This purely depends on your need.

1.If you just need a great job to enjoy and earn money and does not care much about becoming a PR. You should pursuit the job offers. There's also opportunity to get PR while working in other provinces which depends on your marital status, age, education history, English proficiency and work experience. I cannot comment on that as you did not mention any of your background. However, due to policy change and unpredictable EE pool size, you may experience difficulties for becoming PR.

2.Otherwise, if you want to become a PR, then you should stay within the province which you have the nomination. This is more straight forward and will more likely guarantee your PR.

Thank you Doge,

Can you get a PR from a certain province where you have been nominated and work in another province? Is that allowed? Allow long do you have to stay in the province you got your PR before moving out?
