Just a few pointers for international students who are aiming for canadian education and later canadian PR.
1. Try to get atleast 1 year skilled experience outside canada helps ur points for express entry. 0 experience in home country puts u behind on points for PR
2. Improve ur english . higher the english languagle skills better chances of PR
3. Aim for better education rather than PG diploma go for masters if u can this will give ur more points
4. always go for a 3 year PGWP with new PR rules it will almost be impossible to get PR in 1 year unless u have a LMIA.
5. choose a skilled profession.
6. use the CRS calculator to find out where u stand with regards to PR http://www.canadavisa.com/comprehensive-ranking-score-calculator.html
7. If you can improve ur French it would help u for PR.

these are a few pointers other people may add more but without thinking above point do not just jump in for canadian education it has now become very difficult to get PR so plan ahead

You are right. However, it is not easy to get a skilled job in some countries after graduation(which is bachelor degree). Of course, many students will start low level jobs in order to get a skilled job which is B (for Canada). Eventually, it will take 2-3 years. And then they will study in Canada like master degree or pg. At least, they will plan to study for 2 years in Canada. I mean, the progress is quite long. They are getting older at that moment. I know, until 29 years is best score. Not every students can graduate on time.. not every students will get a skilled job in a short time... One more thing, not every countries have English education and English environment.. This means, students who are from non-English speaker countries, they may get disadvantages for English score... They have no chance to practice in English... unless they go to abroad for studying and learning English...

even though u may be right express entry (automated) system doesnt care it only looks at numbers. so have to do something to get your numbers up

2. Don’t know you have to research each ON community and see what requirements are.

FYI - pilot is ending (hasn’t been extended yet) so you need community support endorsement by June or July.

No one can tell you. You have to research each RNIP community website, and contact the communities. Each site has sectors that are in demand. IE. Thunder Bay is healthcare. Also just read Thunder Bay is closed. Most may be closed due to pilot ending.

Do you have a connection to the city or region? Family who live there? You should be able to show that you already have links to the community to ensure that if you get PR you won’t leave right away.

Correct, each community decides what NOCs and who they want to support. So some communities will have deadlines or not taking any new applications. This is a pilot project ending in June so that is why some communities have closed intakes and it has yet to be extended. You need to look at each community site and find out if still open. If open, you find out what NOCs are being accepted.
