PR and grad school

I am an international undergrad studying in Canada, want to get my Permanent residence asap, for that I need 1 year of full-time employment, I also want to go into grad school or med school and not to lose one year working those hours required to apply for PR. What are the ways to do grad school and work full time at the same time and in case i do a co-op course will paid internships count as the working hours?

You can't count working hours if you are still studying in Canada.

Even if it's paid internship, you can never consider working hours on a student visa.
