PR and citizenship obligation

My PR expires in 2014July.
1)What is the minimum number of days do I need to be stay in Canada to be able to renew my PR?
2)What is the min number of day required to say in Canada to be able to apply for my citizenship?

1) For PR, you need at least 730 days in Canada in your first 5 years since you landed as a PR and once it is more than 5 years since your landing, you need at least 730 days in the past 5 years always.

2) For citizenship, you need to have been in Canada for at least 1095 days in the past 4 years before you apply.
