Good morning . I would like to ask something because I had an argument with one guy. When you submit the reference letters from previous employees, how the immigration officer believes that it's true. Did they call back to your country to confirm ? If the company it's closed? If you work and get paid cash?
The thanks in advance

They verifying in many different ways. They may check on the internet or through business registrations to make sure it's a real company and you worked for them. They may call the employer to verify you worked for them. Sometimes they will even conduct a site visit. If you were paid in cash, it tends to be more difficult to prove the employment experience is real. Along with the experience letter, you will want to submit tax returns and also bank deposit slips to prove the experience.
