Hello, I am international student. I came here in Masters course but I found it tough and dropped it. Now, I am looking for some 2 year Post Secondary Educational course. Am I still eligible for PR or Work permit if I finish 2 years Diploma or Certificate course which come under Post Secondary term? If returning back is only option, please mention otherwise it will be no worth spending money again.

You are eligible for PR if you complete a two year diploma. After graduation, you will first get a three year post graduate work permit and after working for one year in a NOC 0, A or B job you will be eligible to apply for PR under the CEC program or depending on your location under the Provincial nominee program.

Good luck.
