A question for those of you who applied from outside Canada and got PPRs. As we all know, in the PPR letter they say to mail your passport to Ottawa, which we can't do, so we have to contact CIC to make arrangements for a local VO instead. So the question is - how long did it take CIC to reply to your request to have your passport processed at a local VO? Did you communicate with them by just writing to the email address from PPR letter, or did you also write to some other addresses or call them?
