PPR2 and Islamabad

Hi every one

My passports were received by CHC Islamabad on 23-04-2012.
I want to ask that how many days it take to return passports?
Passports come at given address lable or we have to collect from TCS.

i received back after almost 15 days and at my address label through tcs. no need to collect it they will come to door.
