My Ecas at the PR just changed to decision made ... How will I know if my application has been approved?... Since there's no correspondence yet....How soon will I get PUM??

Send them an email asking for an update on your file. If you have never enquired about anything make a point of mentioning that. They will hear you! Hopefully great news will follow. All the best!
Today is Farmer's day in Ghana so I don't think they will reply back between I sent them a mail on Wednesday to know what's delaying the process.
