they ask for confirmed travel/itenery tickets only if the visa is approved.. .we haven't recived this req

Hi guys,

So, there's an appendix to my PPR (which was received yesterday) and it is a form on "height and eye colour chart."

Nowhere in the PPR was any reference made to it.

Neither is MyCIC account activated for me to upload the document.

Do I fill it and send along with my passports for onward delivery to the High Commission of Canada in Ghana or do I upload it via CSE?

Hi,

I erred on the side of caution and sent the filled form along with my passport(s) for stamping. And all went well. Good luck.

One more question actually - Appendix A, do we need to fill this out? Or only fill out if information changed? Just not sure why they would even ask for this as they have all the info they need already... and there were no instructions on Appendix A apart from sending it in.
