PPR WP - VFS Steps

Hello Guys : I got my PPR for Closed WP today.

I have read the VFS website, pls clarify few things before i sent mail to VFS.

Steps 1: Send Two emails one for myself and another for my wife (Both from our two different mail ids) along with the spreadsheet and including prepayment of Courier.
Also the spreadsheet it should have only one of us details rite ?
Step 2: VFS will send two payment link for both of us, pay the Link
Step 3 : After payment VFS will send the Label ( What is this Label ??)
Step 4: Courier the VFS with PP, PPR Letter and Label along with consent form ?

Also let me know whether this need to be send to New york location ?

My Kid is having US passport, so attorney mentioned previously no need for Biometrics or Stamping, he will get his visa at the airport based on WP. This is the process for kid rite ?

LMIA and CAQ between Sept 30th to Oct 20th.
WP Filed on Oct 23rd
Biometrics given on Nov 7th.
PPR 12/17.

did you apply ICT WP from USA? how you got visa in 5 weeks?

I have applied ICT work permit visa from USA

Application filed date - 11/24
Biometrics Date - 12/14

I didnt receive BVL letter. whom should i contact for?

I Applied from US and currently in US.
This is not ICT, this is new employment under GTS, my employer attorney requested for expedited request it seems.
