I'm wondering if it's possible or have happened that - one would receive PPR only with "Applications received" and "Medicals received" but no "We've started processing your application" ?

It will get changed shortly to include the line 'started processing'. it is possible for a PPR before this update. ecas is about 24-72hr delay from actual actions at Visa Office.

Once visa is stamped, it get changed again to 'decision made'

Once you land, changed to 'complete'

Yea, I don't think "Application's in process" is of any indication when PPR will be sent as well. I mean there's not enough consistency for that to be any indication ... some people get their Application in process early but at the same time those who don't have their application in process got their PPR first.

To be honest, in theory, as soon as MR/AOR got out, then application is already in processing.

u mean 2 say they will take 2-3 months jst to stamp the visa?

We received your application for permanent residence on February 22, 2011.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 30, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on December 7, 2011.

That's my eCAS description with in process as the status.

Does it mean I should expect MR soon?

I dont have the in process status yet

Yes if processed in-land (Ottawa) from the sound of it. Since yours is processed abroad then timeline could be different

Here's my ECAS (In Process):

We started processing your application on December 7, 2011.

Hi, I would like to check how long will it take for them to process the PPR request, my husband's medical report was submitted last October and up to now we haven't heard anything from the embassy, my daughter's medical will expire by Feb 2012. We had our medical last Feb 2011 but since there's additional request for my husband's medical it was only submitted last October, do we need to repeat the medical again for me and my daughter? grateful for your advise. God bless/

Here's my ECAS (In Process):

We received your application for permanent residence on 10th oct
