today we received a txt msg to send our passport to the embassy after applying for a tourist visa. what does it mean? we applied to Beirut.

It means they are going to issue the TRV.

It means send your passport to the embassy.

The odd part of all this is that they sent us a txt msg, i checked on myCIC and no new message at all.
