Congratulations...Lucky man.....My passport reaches there on 15th November but no update till date .Still waiting...I called customer care & they inform that it’s in Printing room.I just want to update my timeline here :
I applied for PNP then Express Entry outside of Canada (Singapore) but I moved to Canada on a work permit so I became inland after changing my address

No from Vancouver but they dispatched my passport on 28/12/2019 .May be it reaches within 1-3 days

Well, kind of a similar situation for me. Sent passports to Ottawa for stamping on 27th - just one scan for pickup and nothing else. It was supposed to be delivered by 30th. But still in transit....

Still in transit - there was a scan in Mississauga this morning...so moving slowly I assume
