PPR to COPR Journey - PPR in JAN/FEB-19

Hey such a relief after seeing your post because I sent mine on Nov 12 and still in process on CIC account, I am a little nervous because it's been almost two weeks and still nothing.
Seems like they are getting slower than I thought.
For me it was 3 weeks and my tracker was never activated. and my file shows approved today.
Here is it, almost finished this journey, and my timeline:

hey quick question if you allow me, did you get any email notification when it changed to "approved" in your cic account?
Ya, I got an email this morning after approved.
email content like this -- "Your application has been updated. Please sign in to your account and check your application status and messages for more information."
Hey, My application also approved on 25th, tracking not activated yet. Please post here when you got update.thanks!
