PPR to COPR Journey - PPR in JAN/FEB-19

Nothing to worry about bhai. Its taking minimum of 3 weeks as per immitracker. Mine was delivered on 17th to CPC Ottawa and still waiting.
Mine was delivered by Fedex on Oct 17.
I just called and the agent told me that it takes about 10 business days for it to show up on their system to start the process.
Well, it's been 10 business days for me, but apparently it hasn't even shown up on the system.
I'm getting a bit antsy since I need to travel abroad next week.
Guys add your cases to link below so that we can get a clear idea. Mine was delivered on 17th October at CPC Ottawa.

Called CIC this morning, my passport delivered date was October 9th, got to know they finally printed visa on passport today, still no updates on CIC account though.
Wondering if they are doing it in batches? my passport was recieved by them on 21st Oct

We received PPR on the 4th October , mailed off our package by Canada Xpresspost and got confirmation that package was delivered on the 8th October but no updates at all in our CIC account yet. We called this afternoon, the agent told us there was a note on the file but CoPR not issued yet, suggested we call back on the 6th November, if we haven't heard anything before then.
Anyone ever got updates on their files over the weekend? I know we're on the home stretch now but I've been refreshing our CIC account every hour , it's so hard not to be anxious...

My application was finally approved today November 1st! Delivery date was October 9th.
Question: my wife is from a Visa required country while I only need ETA, as such we sent her real passport and a copy of mine. Now on my CIC account page I only see a row about my wife's counterfoil status and nothing related to me. I guess that would be expected? Are they going to send a Confirmation of PR via mail in the same return envelope together with the passport?

Hey guys, I have got COPR with validity till 15 March but my passport is expiring in first week of June. We planned to land in Canada in December and for staying there for at least one month (till mid of January) to collect our PR Card. However, we are not allowed to book return tickets due to passport expiry in less than six months from January.
Now, the questions are:
1) can we renew our passport wherein old passport will probably be canceled and then book our travel tickets with new passport information? Further, in this will we be allowed to travel with both the passports i.e., the old passport (with valid PR visa) and the new passport?
2) What if we change the address in the new passport to add my current address as the old passport is depicting my old address. Please note that the changed address is what we gave to IRCC as the current address and the same current address was used for Police verification while submitting my application for PR. So will it be fine and risk-free if the address in the new passport is our current address that is different from the address of the old passport?
