Hi i went through this thread. It seems the CIC login is updated only when visa is approved. Till then there is no update in the portal whether or not passports are received, if everything is in order or not.
Am I correct?
I sent passports/photos on 19th from US and it reached eventually on 23rd. The delivery was redirected to a different address 2303 stevenage drive. It was initially addressed to 365 Laurier Ave w.

I need some help.
I got a RFV message on my IRCC account and sent the necessary documents to
365 LAURIER AV WEST
Fedex says that the documents were delivered on Oct 17 to 2303 STEVENAGE DR. From what I've read, this isn't a problem.
I sent a webform inquiry on Oct 21 to ask if they got it. Today (Oct 28), I got a reply saying the the responsible office has NOT received the documents yet.
Should I be concerned?
Does it usually take more than 2 weeks for the "Responsible office" to get my documents?
My VO is Winnipeg, and that was what was written on my Annex A

I imagine you still need to do Landing even though you are in Canada for your PR to be activated. In order for you to do that they issue you the Counterfoil or Visa
If it was delivered on the 17th it will take around 10 days for them to update. Mine was delivered on the 7th but the agent only saw an update on the 22nd. I would wait for a week and then call them instead of the webform. As for 2303 STEVENAGE DR, that is where my passport was delivered as well, even though I had sent it to Laurier ave West.
You are correct. Once the Visa is printed you will get an update on your account showing that application is approved.
That seems pretty dumb. Not only did I have to spend over $100 on sending documents the IRCC already has, it takes them 10 business days to log it into my account?
Thanks for the reply. Waiting for the RFV was emotionally taxing, and I'm just kind of upset that the webform reply said "check with Fedex again"

Mine delivered on Oct 8th, still dont see any updates, kinda starting to get worried..
I will call them tomorrow morning to see what happened here. it has been 20 days, shouldn't be this slow I think.

They've been mostly processing and approving applications up to October 7th, so I think anyone with October 8-9th as delivery date should be processed pretty soon (tomorrow?)
