PPR to COPR Journey - PPR in JAN/FEB-19

Dont worry about the date mistake on COPR, I completed my landing and asked officer and she said nothing to worry about it.
So some folks affected were told before...but then they discovered it was something to worry about fixing when trying to apply for citizenship as your pre-PR status amout of credit prerequired days could be affected! So try and apply for the correction of the date..
It’s taking too long for you. Not sure what you can do though may be give it another 3 days

PP Received: July 18, 2019
COPR generated: July 26, 2019
PP Reveived + COPR received : April 09, 2019 ( Post office messed up delivery , so got delayed)
August 12,2019: landed as a PR

an urgent HELP please ,
I got my COPR with the old address however we updated our new address to CIC as well they sent us the accepting PR letter with the new address . Finally I got COPR with old address . I am very confused what to do now . Shall I go back to Visa office or write to embassy or what ?? please who had the experience tell me .

Yep, getting very stressed out now. I've tried calling *67-613-944-4000 several times but after following the automated menu I get to stage where I enter the application ID and year of birth, the system tells me they couldn't find my application and I never get connected to an agent. It will be 3 weeks tomorrow since they received my passport. Hope they didn't misplace my passport. I've also emailed them at IRCC.CIO-BRCD.IRCC@cic.gc.ca and also submitted a query via the Web Form but pin drop silence so far.
