Thanks Andy! After t talked with them , they sent me an email apologizing saying they made a mistake:( when sorting. Someone accidentally rerouted back to Ottawa . Luckily I caught it, now it's again rerouted back to Toronto. They promised to deliver by Tomorrow:(

Very ridiculous..i wonder also..Everything about the process is so slow!! Imagine if I had to make an important journey and was banking on the return of my Passport in 2 weeks from the day they received it. I would have missed it.
If not how can you explain..
Copr printed I guess,passport stamped...what is now delaying them from sending the documents right away the next day .
