PPR THAT COMES WITH ADR TITLED CLIENT INFORMATION WHAT DOES IT MEAN

So I received my Ppr yesterday from Accra Visa Office, and as I was going through my submitted documents I saw a new placeholder opened up titled client information. When I clicked on it , it states
"If you would like to provide more information about your application that you have not already provided, you can attach a letter of explanation to your application."
Any ideas on what documentation is required . I have submitted my passport and other required documents via VFS .

It's a glitch. I have the same. Just ignore it.
