1)How long passport should be valid when PPR?
2)How long passport should be valid when landing?
3)what problems may happen if we land with passport less than 6 months validity?

1.When submitting passport it should be atleast 6 month valid
2.On landing the validly is till the date of visa or passport expiry which ever come first
3.No problem at all on landing less than 6 months of expiry

My passport Expiry date is 25/04/2016 , I am waiting for PPR , recently my VO asked for PCC, Updated Information form, I guess I should be PPR very soon (Please be informed that My Medical already expired on 20/02/2015, but I hope VO extend it for one more Year).

You Think I wait till receive any news for my Vo or change my passport sooner.
If I receive my visa I will land on Feb. 2016.

I think its best you re apply for a fresh passport.. coz ur passport needs to be valid for atleast 6 months at the time of entry into Canada.. is there a particular reason u wish to land by Feb 2016?

Your passport is still valid more than 1 year, the requirement which your VO asked will take around 2-3 months for your PPR, It mean when you get a PPR your passport will be valid around 8-9 months
Hopefully your medicals will be extended but some time they require a Re-medical.
If u undergo re Medicals it will take more time like 1-2 months, so your passport will be near 6 months deadline.
At present I advice you update ur passport and inform VO by providing them new Passport Bio page copy.

But first check your Passport department that if they will renew your passport before 1 year of expiry.
