Ppr requested but visa not printed

Hello,
I submitted my express entry file in october 2020 till 29th july 2022 there is no progress in my apllication.
But on 29th july 2022 they send me PPR letter.
After that i send all documents as per their requirement.
When I got my passport back from vfs passport was not printed and they send me one letter written that my application is in progress.
I am confuse how is it possible.

Yes it is same as before.
Application is in progress.
They are checking my background.

It remains as it is even after receiving golden email. Keep your fingers crossed.
