PPR Request through VFS - forgot to include 2 photos

Hey everyone,

We had our passport request just over a week ago and my partner sent in everything except today he realied he forgot to send in the 2 photos. Tracking shows our package arrived at VFS Sydney Australia on Wednesday the 27th. Does anyone know if they’ll just send it back to us? Or can we just send the photos now? Or should we reprint everything and resubmit the entire package? What about the fees? We’re going to try to call them tomorrow but it’s hard when we both work during business hours and we don’t want to wait too long.

Also anyone else had experiences with VFS Sydney? How long does it usually take to get the COPR? Do they contact you at all to say they’ve received it?

The 2 photos are required to finalized your application.......you could call the VO and also send an email to the VO to inform them your 2 photos were not included and ask that they don't send back your package as you are sending the 2 photos to the VO through courier immediately.

Yea because it’s through VFS, it says on their website they do a check over of your application before they forward it to the VO so we think they might not have sent it to the VO if it’s incomplete. We just want to know if VFS will contact us or just return the application. We’ll call them first and if they’ve sent it then call the VO.
