Greetings guys

I got an email asking to submit my passport already. I have to fill out a bio form included in the email. I have a situation about my name!!!

on my passport my surname is in the middle of my name, like Michael Chong Lee Ming, where Michael and Lee Ming are both given names, and Chong is my last name.

I was informed to submit my application with First name Michael, Last name Chong Lee Ming.
That's clearly incorrect, but it is how it's appeared on my passport,... as Michael Chong Lee Ming.

If I put first name Michael Lee Ming, Last name Chong, which is technically correct, my name will look like Michael Lee Ming Chong, which is not the same as my passport!

see my problem?

So now at this final stage, on the bio form... I am tempted to write my names as,
Surname: Chong
Given names: Michael, Lee Ming. (the correct way, but will be different from how i filled out in my application)

What are your advices? Should I go forward this way (the right way), or just fill out the bio form according to how I wrote my name on my application? Please help! Thanks

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Ignore how you filled it out in the profile now. Even then, you should've input your name exactly as it would appears in your passport but that's in the past now.

Fill in the form such that the name appears exactly as it does in your passport.

All the best!

That is how I wrote it on my application, exactly like its on my passport. But that is the incorrect way. That's how my name is in our country but it's the incorrect way, and I couldn't change it unless I get a name change.
I'm concerned because my sibling did the same thing as me, and his PR now has no given name, and his full name is listed under Last name! That's even more incorrect.

Just keep it simple, don't worry about being technically correct. Keep the name as it appears in your passport. That will save you a lot of hassle. When you meet people in Canada, you can tell whatever name you want to tell them. This is only for official documentary purposes.
