PPR REQUEST: how should I send original passport to Visa application centre??

I send my passport through Tcs not by vfs is it possible they will give me a visa or. Not secondly it's mention in email u with in 30 days u send ur passport to our embassy after that u case may be rejected is it possible by Tcs in how many days will I get back my passport from Islamabad
