my questions:

that last bit means i have to put my height and eye colour on the back of one photo along with my full name?

if there is only one applicant do you still have to separate the named photo from the other three?

Yes, follow the instruction as they said.

Write the name at back of one and seperate them in envelopes.

Write other things in a seperate sheet of paper like:

File number: .................

Name of applicant:...........................

Height :....................

Colour of eye .............................




That is it !!!.

i know its supposed to go on the other piece of paper that comes with the forms, its also under photograph
the instructions are jumbled and not written well at all

NYCtoNB- no the height and eye colour information does not need to go on the back of any of the photos- JUST on a separate piece of paper.

thank you, no clue why they have it under the photograph section of the papers it just seemd weird what they would tell you to do that and send a form for you to put that on

i really do hope that eventually they get their shit together
