Hi,
I’ve received our PPR on 15/09 from VO London, we sent our passports by post on 21/09.
Today I received an email from VO London asking for my husband’s Police certificate from his birth country (he hasn’t lived there for 10 years) which we also sent at the beginning of the process back in February 2010.
Now, I am very confused, why did they send us PPR if there was documents still pending to review?
Anyway, we happened to have a Police Certificate that was issued on 28/09, however is valid for only 90 days, therefore is expired for 1 week! We sent it immediately anyway and it should arrive by tomorrow morning at 09:00 AM.
1.-What are the chances of the certificate being accepted or asked for a new one?
2.- Why sending PPR when they were not ready to stamp the visas?
3.- Why asking AGAIN for a Police Certificate of a Country where my husband hasn’t lived for 10 years?
Feel very disappointed and in reality dishearten… :'(
Your comments will b appreciated.
