PPR received- help needed on Annex A and return envelope

Thanks in advance for help. Can anybody plz help me with 2 concerns/questions I have?

1. Where in the US can i get thee photos in the format they wanted? any idea?

2. In PPR email they have written "The Self-Addressed pre-paid envelope should be arranged with a courier that delivers between Canada and the U.S.A." , but I dotn know what kind of prepaid envelopes are allowed and which are not allowd. Is there any restriction or can I send any kind of self-adddressed pre-paid envelope? I am thinking of using UPS service. Thanks.

1. Walgreens - they have to choose Canada in country specifications. And Don let them cut it 2" by 2" size
2. I opened an account on FedEx website. For return label you need to create a shipment in full version of the site (not Lite). Besides, it is cheaper if you do it online.
