PPR received but spouse in india

Hello all,

I live in Toronto, Canada and my spouse is in India. I have received PPR mail today. It mentioned that me and my dependent have to submit passport in CPC – Ottawa.
Can someone confirm if my spouse need to send her passport in India (Canada Embassy - New Delhi, India) and I will send my passport at CPC – Ottawa? If so, should I get another passport request separately for my Spouse?
I submitted an 'IRCC Webform' with my query today. Wondering if someone can give me a lead.

If you are in Delhi then send an email to
DELHI-IMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca and add on your full name, UCI number and date of birth.

Delhi immigration. They sent me the ppr letter for my spouse.
