No he is fsw outlander. CEC and pnp are the slowest right now so dont worry

Don't cic provide ppr on applicant basis? I mean do they provide ppr to many people all at once?

They do provide ppr all at once, thats why they assign batches to recieve ppr together on a specific date. There is no rule like first come first served, whatever applications are ready to be approved will be, regardless of your AOR date

@legalfalcon @karens Civic Holiday is a statutory holiday in Canada. Most probably IRCC will be closed.
