PPR Procedure for Visa Exempt Countries Like UK Australia etc

Just wondering what the procedure is for PPR if it ever comes, for visa exempt countries like England Australia, I heard from other users that you don't have to send your passport off, and if you and inland candidate, you can just go to service Canada.?

You just have to send a copy of all pages of your passport, along with two pictures and a questionnaire to update your personal details (if applicable).

It specifically says " If you are holder of passport(s) from countries whose citizens need an eTA to travel to Canada, you will need to submit one photocopy of the photo page and any pages containing amendments of the passport for you and for each accompanying family member".

Therefore, unless you have recently changed your name, address, and such, all you need to send is the photo page.
