PPR one week after BVL/correspondence letter

Hey guys. I just got my PPR.
i already have my visit visa so i assumed they will only give me a port of entry letter. But now it seems i have to send my passport?

I have a vistors visa, and i still had to send my passport and it got stamped.

because im already in Canada and it will be alot of trouble having to exit and enter the country again just for that.

I have no idea. Everything is handled by my consultant. They just sent me the PDF files of the BVL and PPR.

BVL is sent as a 'correspondence letter' on gc key and an email is also sent to check it.

Congrats on the PPR! Today is the 7th day for me since BVL and I'm still waiting for PPR.. Hope I get it soon.

i have a valid visitor’s visa too. Was yours valid till when the passport was meant to expire?
