PPR from London Visa Office - parents sponsorship

Hi all
My ecas changed to decision made so I am now waiting for PPR. I have seen in different posts that they ask for some forms and documents with PPR.
If someone can share what documents they were asked to submit with the passport, then we can gather all those and when I receive PPR, I can just mail them immediately.
Secondly, how do they send PPR, email or regular mail?

Hi,

When did ur last medicals done? They'll email you to send current copies of passport in the same email (optional). They'll email you that ur file is ready for visa issuance and follow attached pdf.
That pdf will tell you everything what u need..
Appendix A consists of columns of height,eye color,passport number and expiry date and names of principal applicant,spouse and dependent child.
Appendix B: 2 photographs/person with specific size mentioned
