Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I called IRCC Call Centre today and the agent told me that my application is almost complete and email was sent on Jun 8 to my university email address, which I can no longer have access to. I am so confused why they sent email to that email address, as I used my gmail address in my application.

The agent told me to submit a webform to tell them about this.

Is there anyone who has similar experience? Could you please me how long I have to wait for the ppr email to my gmail?

Thank you.

I also got the PPR email to my university email address, even though my hotmail email address is the one I used on the CIC application. All the other updates about the application went to the hotmail address as well. Not sure why it was sent to a different email address.
Luckily I still have access to my university email account.

Sorry, not sure how long you will need to wait for your PPR. Maybe see if your university IT can help at all? If you say it is urgent they MAY be able to recover it...

Seems that we faced similar situation. I just called my university and they said I graduated long ago and cannot access to my mailbox......:(

Sorry to hear that. You can either ask the university to re-activate your email, which they may charge you a small sum, and then call CIC to resend email, or submit a web-form as suggested by agent.

I will update my spreadsheet to reflect that you received PPR on June 8.

Where was your university e-mail stated in the application? How can they mix up that?

Thank you Amir for the excel spreadsheet. I received the ppr email today, after setting up auto-forward with my university mailbox and send email to CPC ottawa on Monday.

It is really strange. I think I used my university email address when I applied for study permit extension and this address is stored in their database.

You can call CIC or submit a webform to fix that.

I am in similar situation where my PPR is sent to email address which I cant access. Can you guys please update how you handled this situation? How much time does it take to resend the PPR? does timeline of one month gets reset on receipt of new ppr? Please help, I am really nervous. Thank you!

No need to worry, I was in same situation. I got my PPR mail on my email id which i could not access it on 22nd Dec 2017 then I raised a CSE explaining my situation and gave them new email id and called cic 10 times and after one month they sent me a new ppr mail on my new email id on 22nd Jan 2018. So u just have to be more serious about this and notify cic by webform or directly mail to your case processing center. In my case I sent my mail to Ottawa and they sent me a new mail.

They also send my PPR to my university email. I wasn't sure how they got that email at the beginning since in my application I used my personal email. But then I remember that Once I called CIC and gave my university email for some reason. So It was probably your case, or maybe you use your university email for other CIC application. In any case, I hope you can solve the issue.
