PPR email scare

Hi guys

I can't help thinking of a situation where the PPR email gets deleted or discarded as spam or lost somehow. I even think there is a chance that it already happened and the officer is sitting there drinking a double double from Tim while I have no clue here.

What happens in a situation like this if anybody knows? Do they send cic notification? do they repeat request anyhow? Is a case like this claimable?
I will order GCMS anyway to treat the scare that this happened.

They will send you the hard copy by mail if they know that email was not reached to you. Call CIC to confirm that they sent you email or not. Call center agent can request to send the email again or you can send CSE.
